Kestrel ("Kestrel", "we", "us") operates the Kestrel lead qualification platform at kestrel.properties.
Agent account data: Name, email address, brokerage, phone number, and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
Lead data: Name, phone number, email, and conversation content provided by or about your leads, entered by you or auto-ingested from connected platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.).
Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, and feature usage for security and product improvement.
We do not sell your data or your leads' data to third parties.
Kestrel sends SMS messages on your behalf to leads who have consented. Message content and conversation history are stored in your account. Leads may opt out at any time by replying STOP — opt-outs are processed immediately and permanently.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver the messaging service you have requested and are not sold, rented, or shared for any marketing or promotional use by Kestrel, our customers, or any affiliate.

We retain your account data while your account is active. Lead data is retained until you delete it or close your account. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
We use industry-standard security including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. Please use a strong, unique password.
You may access, correct, or delete your account data via Settings or by emailing us. To request deletion of a lead's data on that individual's behalf, email us with their contact information.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this Policy. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
